Picasa

 I'm going to give my favorite photo-editing software a shameless plug today! I was using Picasa 3.0 to edit my photos because the software is available to download for free. It's great for editing red-eye, cropping photos and adding limited special effects. Yesterday I got to download a new upgrade to the program. I was sooooo excited to find out that I can now add 60's effects (like above), Polaroid looks (like below)

and some great color editing options (like below). I have a PC (no Mac here!) and I don't have the time or money to buy expensive or very detailed photo editing software. Picasa has been awesome and yesterday they just gave me one more reason to keep using them! I am in love with editing my photos again! Sweet!

Easter Eggs

Because of Tanner being in the hospital we had to delay our egg dyeing right up to the last minute. We were decorating the eggs the day before Easter!

The kids wrote "Welcome Home Tanner" on the brown egg but it didn't quite come out!

They were quite proud of their creations and thrilled to have   daddy able to help!

Purplicious!

I know I am wayyy behind on posting. Life with three little kids is great, I just don't get to share it as often!

I have much to update but here's a quick peek at one little fun thing we did recently. Alexa is in love with the Pinkalicious books by Victoria Kann as well as obsessed with the color purple. The original Pinkalicious book is about a little girl who eats too many pink cupcakes, even after being told not to. She turns completely pink and must eat tons of icky green foods to become normal again. There is also a book titled Purplicious about the same girl. We combined the two and made purplicious cupcakes for Alexa. Purple cake, icing, sprinkles and M&M's. I didn't take an inside shot of the cake but they were very purple! Alexa loved them!
